This week marks the beginning of the GCSE exam season for our Year 11 students, with exams scheduled to run through to June 20. This period is where students prepare to demonstrate their knowledge and skills across a range of subjects. Having experienced significant disruptions during their educational journey, including the COVID-19 pandemic, many students have had to overcome challenges adapted to new learning environments. Despite these obstacles, they have shown resilience and determination in their preparations. As the exam period unfolds, students are encouraged to maintain a balanced approach—prioritising revision as well as rest and mental wellbeing. Our teachers and staff are committed to supporting them every step of the way. We wish all our Year 11 students the very best as they embark on this important journey.
