We see involvement in extra-curricular activities as both a right and a responsibility (for students). As such, we actively encourage our students to participate in the wide range of opportunities available to them.

We have an extensive programme of creative arts and sporting opportunities appropriate for all levels of ability and interest as well as an impressive range of clubs embracing all areas of the curriculum and beyond, including the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.

The school has frequently featured in the Bar National finals in debating and has a proud tradition of sporting success at local and national levels across a wide range of sports such as netball, boys’ and girls’ rugby and football, table tennis, golf, indoor rowing, badminton and boccia.
