The most effective way to contact us is to email our school admin address at phs@ponthigh.org.uk . This email account is monitored at all times and key messages or requests are forwarded to the most appropriate person to respond promptly.
Who should I direct my enquiry to?
If the matter is linked to a specific subject we would suggest contacting the teacher or subject leader in the first instance.
If it is a pastoral issue then the Form Tutor, Pastoral Leader or Pastoral Manager would be the first port of call.
If you feel the matter is sufficiently serious then please make contact with the Headteacher or Deputy Headteachers.
