Kaleidoscope: A Celebration of Art and Music Across Pele Trust Schools

July 3rd, 2025

Pele Trust is proud to launch Kaleidoscope, an exciting new project that brings together students from all its schools in a vibrant celebration of creativity. This initiative showcases the incredible talents of young people across the Trust through collaborative work in art and music.

Kaleidoscope is all about expression, collaboration, and community. Over the past term, students from across Pele Trust have been working with their teachers and guest artists to explore themes, techniques, and performances in both visual art and music. The result? A dynamic, multi-school showcase of colour, sound, and imagination.

The project will culminate in a special concert hosted at Ponteland High School, where students will take to the stage to perform music they’ve created and rehearsed throughout the term. There will also be an exhibition of student artwork, offering a glimpse into the creativity and dedication that have shaped the project from the beginning.

The Kaleidoscope Concert

This is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of what young people can achieve when they work together across schools, year groups, and artistic disciplines. The name Kaleidoscope reflects the diversity and energy of the work being presented: different voices and styles coming together to create something truly beautiful.

We’re incredibly proud of all the students involved and invite everyone in our school communities to come along and support them. Be ready for an unforgettable evening of inspiration, talent, and togetherness.
