Recently, Lily and Jemma competed in the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) Theatre Dance Awards (TDA) event. This is a prestigious international competition held each year for candidates who obtained a high score from their dance exams. Nominees compete in one or more of the four classics (theatre craft, modern, tap, ballet). The girls already felt so much pride
being two of the dancers nominated from over 7000 international candidates who took exams this year, but to then reach the final of both the modern class and the theatre craft class felt absolutely incredible for them both. Lily was also fortunate to receive one of two special commendation awards in the theatre craft class. Well done to both!
