Chef in the Making: Isla M

Isla M in Year 10 represented our school at the Future Chef Regional Final in Sheffield on Tuesday, 4th February. With just 90 minutes to prepare and plate two dishes. Isla made a Paneer and Mango Curry served with handmade flatbreads and a Chocolate Pecan Brownie accompanied by a spiced cinnamon and mascarpone cream.
The judges provided excellent feedback, specifically praising the balance of flavours in her curry and the sophisticated presentation of her dessert.

To reach this stage Isla has worked hard to refine her skills, and she should be immensely proud of this fantastic achievement. She represented the school with professionalism and creativity – Well done Isla!
