Sixth form students were delighted to welcome Year 6 pupils from Ponteland Primary School for a special festive morning in the run-up to Christmas. The younger students were invited to enjoy a screening of the Christmas film That Christmas in our Lecture Theatre, helping everyone get into the seasonal spirit.
Our sixth form students took great care of our guests, providing juice and biscuits and ensuring they felt welcome throughout the morning. The event raised £50 for The People’s Kitchen, supporting the local community and one of our chosen Sixth Form charities during the winter months.
It was a wonderful opportunity to work closely with PPS, strengthening relationships and creating memorable experiences for students of all ages. Everyone involved had a great morning, full of Christmas cheer, kindness and community spirit.
