On Monday, we were delighted to welcome the Band of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers to Ponteland High School for a memorable afternoon of live music.
The band began by marching around the school playground before giving an impressive outdoor concert for our Year 7 students. The performance showcased a wide range of music and gave students the opportunity to experience the excitement and professionalism of a military band up close.
To round off the visit, the band lined the school drive and performed as students left at the end of the day, creating a fantastic atmosphere and providing a memorable end to the school day for everyone.
A huge thank you to the Band of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers for taking the time to visit us and inspire our students with such an enjoyable and high quality performance. It was a wonderful musical experience that was greatly appreciated by both students and staff.
