Recently we set up a Christmas card competition; this involved students in Y7 and Y8 submitting their own card designs. The intention was for the winning design to be printed and sold for the student’s chosen charity.
We were taken aback by the sheer number of entries and hugely impressed with the quality of what was produced. So much so, that it was incredibly difficult to narrow it down to one winner. As a consequence, we now have six cards that have been personally
designed by individual students and will be sold for charity.
Card 1 – Jessica Ellis
Card 2 – James Willats
Card 3 – Ava Carter
Card 4 – Harry Douglass
Card 5 – Dexter Mendez
Card 6 – Owen Belton
A pack of 10 cards and envelopes will cost £4 and the profits will be divided between the three chosen charities: British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research and Red Cross. All cards will say Seasons Greetings inside.
Well done to all those who took part.
