Students between year 10 and year 13 recently enjoyed an exciting trip to the Excel in London for the EGX and Comic Con event. The collaboration of these events offered students an inspiring blend of entertainment and education, where the students could explore their passions and engage with communities. Students had a great opportunity to meet IT professionals and gather valuable knowledge to inform and to enhance their class work and coursework.
Whereas the comic con side of the event brought a different kind of thrill, gaining first hand experience of the creative industry’s vibrant culture with students immersing themselves in the world of comics as they got to see a range of gaming, comic and anime celebrities including gaming voice actors, TV and film stars.
