The last day of term was a whirlwind of emotions as Year 11 students broke up for study leave. The leavers' assembly was a heartfelt event, filled with happy memories and some tears as students and teachers reminisced about the past five years at school.
After the assembly, the Year 11 Pastoral team had a delightful surprise in store: an ice cream van waiting outside. Laughter and chatter filled the air as students enjoyed their ice creams, creating a fun atmosphere. The tradition of shirt signing added to the excitement, with students eagerly swapping markers to leave messages and signatures on each other's shirts (and staff joined in!) making it a truly memorable and touching end to their time together in school.
We wish all our Year 11's good luck as they continue with their GCSE's
