Rosie was nominated by her Youth Club and her coach Jo Shallcross of The Barn for a Northern Children of Courage Award which she won on 12th March 2023. This was for raising over £3k for her youth club via a sponsored bike ride and for her wanting to make a difference to other young people who face challenges by showing that you should focus on what you can do and not what you cant.
Along with her Youth Parliament role, voluntary work at Denton Youth & Community Project - it was agreed Rosie is a great role model for others.
