Over the past half term our Year 10 Art textiles students have been working in collaboration with John Lewis to respond to a live interior design brief.
The brief was to produce a Coastal themed mood board using home products, fabric and wallpaper from their current range.
The students all work with such enthusiasm and representatives from John Lewis commented on how professional their work was presented.
A number of mood boards have been displayed at the 'Place to Eat' restaurant in Newcastle and the students will be visiting the store soon for a closer look at the work of the
Home design service.
