On Wednesday 13th September a group of 26 year 8 students went to Seven Stories for a workshop day and launch of their enrichment project for this Half Term in English.
The students will be carefully writing and creating picture books based on a genre of their choice to then share with local younger children. On the day, they participated in exploration of the galleries, workshops analysing picture book conventions, art and design activities creating characters and settings and an amazing white glove experience where they had the opportunity to handly original art works and manuscripts of books.
